Buying Guide

+ To make an order, email lilmisslondon@gmail.com the following details:
- Full Name
- Proper Mailing Address
- Contact No.
- Item/Size/Quantity/Colour

+ We will email an invoice within 48 hours of receiving your order. The total amount of your purchase and delivery rate is to be banked-in to our Maybank account within 3 days from the date of our invoice.

+ Please email us the payment receipt for verification. We will reply with a subsequent confirmation email.

+ Delivery within Malaysia is by PosLaju. The rates are:
- RM6 to West M'sia
- RM9 to East M'sia

+ Each delivery will have a tracking number that can be tracked via www.pos.com.my.

+ We will mail your items within 3 business days of receiving your payment. We will keep you updated if there are any delays in delivering your items.

+ Please review the T&Cs below before ordering.

Terms & Conditions

+ All goods are sold in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise.

+ There is only 1 of each item unless stated otherwise.

+ All items are subject to availability. We will inform you via email as soon as possible if the goods you ordered are not available.

+ Payment is required within 3 days from our confirmation email/invoice to you. Item will be automatically released if you do not respond to our invoice within these 3 days, so be sure to check your email after submitting your order.

+ Once orders are confirmed and payment is made, we do not entertain cancellations/refunds/returns/exchanges.

+ Colours in the photos may differ slightly due to lighting or PC resolution.

+ Occasionally, delays of your order may be delayed or postponed. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery timescales.

+ We will not be held responsible for any damages or losses during delivery.
